Do not wait any longer, register now to the Interoperability Conference!
Please note that registrations will be accepted on a first come, first
served basis. A confirmation letter will be sent to you, once your registration
has been processed and your payment received. This confirmation will be
required to gain entry to the conference.
The registration fee for the Conference participants is 100 Euro.
The registration fee covers admittance of participants to the Conference,
lunches and coffee breaks as well as the cocktail reception.
VAT
§ An invoice will be addressed by CENELEC
to the participant, mentioning the subject and the amount without VAT.
§ Participants residing outside Poland
(European or non-European) will be charged 22% VAT;
§ Participants residing in Poland will
not be charged VAT by CENELEC.
Special rates
Hotel accommodation
For the purpose of the conference, the InterContinental Warszawa, which
hosts the event, offers preferential rates to participants until 6 January
2008:
Single standard room including buffet breakfast: 101.65 Euro (7%
VAT included)
Double standard room including buffet breakfast: 117.70 Euro (7% VAT
included)

Airfares
LOT Polish Airlines, officially appointed carrier for the Interoperability
Conference, is offering discounted rates
up to 12% to the Conference participants.
